SCATTER ASHES OF LOVED ONES/PETS AT QUAIL RIDGE CONSERVANCY RESERVE, A CALIFORNIA LAND TRUST
After you or your loved ones have passed away, would you like to have a safe, protected, beautiful oak forest preserve in which to spread cremated remains? A special tree or landmark near which the ashes are scattered would serve as a natural memorial marker, and the site can be identified with photos and GPS coordinates to be used with Google earth. There is also a live webcam set up in the area for public use.

Quail Ridge Wilderness Conservancy (QRWC), a nonprofit land trust located in northern California, is steward to beautiful Quail Ridge Reserve in Napa County, a 2000-acre, undeveloped nature reserve of native California landscapes and wildlife. The beauty and tranquility of this place are ensured by conservation easements in perpetuity, so that you can be confident that the ashes of your loved one would never be disturbed or covered with buildings or other types of development.
A one-time, tax-deductible donation to Quail Ridge Wilderness Conservancy (QRWC) would go towards our land trust’s work to continue to protect this very special natural area. Here is everything to set your mind at ease for your loved one’s remains while at the same time helping support the protection of a natural open space area on the planet.
For further information and planning please call Frank Maurer, Executive Director of QRWC at 530/758-1387 or 530/219-4477 (cell).
